Mesmerising beetroot variety with attractive concentric rings. Roots are sweet, tender and succulent and the leaves are equally delicious served in salads. Turns a stunning shade of pink when cooked.

Sowing outdoors: Sow seeds thinly in a shallow pre-watered row about 2cm (3/4 in) deep, and cover with fine soil. If growing multiple rows allow 30cm between rows.

Keep seedlings in a light position but avoid direct sun. When seedlings have three to four leaves thin out so that there is 10cm (4in) between plants.

Harvest from July-October

Please note: Water regularly and consistently in mornings or evenings, or both mornings and evenings during particularly warm spells.
